Fuel Cooler (UHPC)

To accommodate stringent emission regulations on diesels, higher fuel injection pressure is employed. The fuel temperature is increased as the injection pressure increases. In certain cases, caused by the fuel temperature increase, some components in the fuel system might be damaged. To prevent those components from possible damage, diesel fuel should be cooled.

In this regard, as an answer from USUI, diesel fuel cooler UHPC (USUI High Performance Cooler) has been developed. The cooler has excellent resistance to corrosion and chipping in order to withstand the harsh environment, i.e. under chassis. Furthermore, the cooler will work with higher fuel cooling performance even with the very simple, no-brazing construction, and consisting only of aluminum made pipe, fins, and brackets.
